If your order value drops below the free delivery value during processing - e.g. where there is cancellation of an item/s - you will be charged a delivery fee.

RETURNS

What can I return?

Defective products, and incorrectly supplied products.


You must notify us within 3 days of dispatch of the items.

We will arrange for our courier to collect the product and we will pay for the return shipping.

We will replace the product with another copy of the same product, and will courier it to you free of charge.

If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.

Any book can be returned for any reason as long as it is in mint condition. You must notify us within 3 days of dispatch of the item that you intend to return it.

 

We will refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM


Step 1 - Put the packing slip/invoice with your product and include a brief note before sealing it in a new parcel.

We will arrange collection of the parcel at the delivery address to which your parcel was delivered.

Step 2 - Once we receive your returned item, we will refund your money as soon as we have verified that everything is in order.

 

If you paid with an EFT, Instant EFT or Direct Deposit please note:

New regulations stipulate that in order to perform a refund for any Direct Deposit/EFT/Instant EFT purchases, we require one of the following from you:

Stamped bank confirmation letter on the bank's letterhead
Client bank statement showing the client's name and account details

Please forward your order number as well as one of the above proof of banking details to magicalbookishshop@gmail.com so that we can effect the refund.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


You have the right to cancel any order within 3 days of placing it.

Direct Bank Deposits and Electronic Fund Transfers: If you used this payment option, please note:
